Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing installations, repairs, and maintenance on various equipment and systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and test equipment and systems according to specifications and technical drawings.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with team members and customers to gather information, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory.
Stay updated with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide training and support to customers or end-users on equipment operation and maintenance when required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, product development, and quality assurance, to provide feedback and contribute to product improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar role.
Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and systems.
Familiarity with a wide range of tools, equipment, and testing instruments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to follow instructions and technical manuals.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle equipment and perform manual tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or additional education is a plus).
