As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, establishing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the market to identify new business opportunities and target industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Understand customer needs and tailor product or service offerings to meet their requirements. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the customer. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to provide feedback and contribute to the improvement of products and services. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements: Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a related industry. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Knowledge of the industry and market trends. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
